On a chilly sunday, as members were preparing for their Christmas party, Station 300 was alerted for an MVC with injuries at the intersection of Holly Rd and Rt. 404. Ambulance 392 and Rescue 300 were quick to respond. Caroline advised to enroute units that there was no entraptment, as reported from a firefighter already on scene. Rescue 300 arrived on scene with a rear end collision blocking both lanes of traffic, and shut down Rt. 404 for the safety of the patients and the responders. Fireman Baer had 404 command. Crews were quick to assess injuries and package and transport 1 patient priority 3 to Easton. Command called for additional transport unit for 2 BLS patients. 391 arrived and transported to priority 3 patients to Easton. Crews cleaned up scene and cleared approx 45 min after arrival.
