Ridgely 4-3 Box House Fire

Station 400, Station 300, Talbot Station 80, and Station 600 were alerted for a house fire at 12429 Ridgely Rd. Tower 310 was quick to respond with 4 and soon thereafter Chief 316 (Higgs). Paramedic 14 arrived on location and reported smoke showing and later fire showing from side charlie. Chief 4 (Utz) took command and later struck a second alarm. Crews faced heavy fire conditions but were quick to get the fire under control. The crews from Tower 310 and Church Hill Truck 5 performed an extensive overhaul. Crews were on scene aprox. 5 hours before returning to service.
